　　美国三K党62岁狂热领袖罗布自称“三K党大骑士”，是大约270个白人至上基层组织网的领袖。他认为非洲裔美国人，是“入侵”美国摧毁“基督教文化”的外人，最近又警告如果奥巴马当选，便会出现一场“种族战”。
　　
　　罗布声称：“我们正处于种族战中。”他的话无疑是倒退到1950和60年代时，穿白袍、戴头笠的暴徒成为已故黑人民权领袖马丁路德金领导的运动的主要对手，幷进行有组织谋杀和恐怖主义活动。
　　
　　声称现时远在英国招募人员的罗布还说：“我有一些来自英格兰的人，来到这里受训。”他认为美国小区被外人接管，幷指奥巴马就是“外人”。不过他否认图谋杀害奥巴马，坚称“那样只会令奥巴马像马丁路德金一样成为烈士”。
