Yesterday, Mr. Gilles Duceppe made a speech to reemphasize his role in parliament is ONLY to serve quebec sovereignty.so far, no liberals explained how could they hold the bloc's support without surrendering to his request for sovereignty. It is a completely different situation. Unlike the other votes in house of common, the support of BQ to coalition government is so critical that they can not survive without BQ's support.
