Agree. IMHO they should feel very lucky that what they have been dealing with are very civilized people. Merely 200 years ago, most land changed hands through wars, rather than treaties.

Actually most of them do take it for granted. The movement of "Idle No More" brought me to pay some attention to issues related to aboriginal people. Typically I would just shake my head after knowing it.
